Home Away from Home -Beach Cottages II 405 is a Silver rated one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with access from the living room and bedroom with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach, pool & hot tub with lots of deck.

Vacation rental 405 offers a beautiful full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel Cable TVs in the living room and bedroom, telephone with free local US and North America calls and Free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king in the bedroom and a full size pull out in the living room. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in the living room and bedroom. Free wireless internet access, Telephone with free local calls. Washer and dryer in the condo. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bed linens and bath towels provided as well as 4 beach towels.

One assigned/covered parking space. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. No smoking, No pets and Maximum occupancy 4.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The building and surrounding buildings were very quiet, which was wonderful! The condo was very nice and clean and the amenities were as described (linens, appliances, utensils, etc.) were as well. We'd give the bed 0 stars :(. We didn't think it was comfortable at all, but we prefer a softer mattresses (vs one that is very firm). The pillows were nice, though! This part of the shoreline doesn't have very many restaurants within walking distance, but the Suncoast Trolley has a stop right outside the building, so that was convenient.

  It was very clean and nice. Looking forward to going back. Staff was very friendly & helpful at check-in. Had to leave early in the morning so used drop box for keys. This was our 2nd time staying in this complex.

  This is the second year we’ve stayed here. We made some suggestions last year and we appreciated that most of them were addressed. Beach cottages was filled with people but it’s so nice and quiet in our condo. The staff at sand dollar Jc resorts were always so nice and helpful. We had a couple issues with our TVs and they resolved it quickly. I did mention tv upgrades would be nice but definitely a new spectrum remote in living room. I forgot to tell them that. We booked again for next year.

  Overall we had an excellent experience and we had a great vacation. Our week consisted of no issues. We loved the family environment of the complex, nothing like being at a resort. The unit was perfect for the 3 of us and had everything we needed. The office was so helpful and pleasant to work when I had any questions.   It was great. For one thing the view is even better in person than the picture shows. The place was spotless, loved the kitchen especially the refrigerator with the automatic ice maker. The bed big and comfortable. Nice sized bathroom too. Check in was quick and easy. And the people could not have been more friendly answering my questions and emails. Loved staying here. Can’t wait to come back

  The property was overall very nice, smallish pool, hotub,, amazing beaches! We stayed late April 22' and like the previous review from above(May 22') I would agree on the kitchen items needing a look through. The property boasts of a new kitchen but most of the things inside the cupboards are scratched, chipped or overused. The tephlon pans were very worrisome as the they were very scratched up (stainless steel wouldn't do that) no sharp knives was also annoying as the point of the kitchen is to cook to save $$ on eating out. Also a tip: you have to wiggle the key to get the door open.
  Couldn't find a sheet for the pull out bed but we used a blanket.
  Otherwise we had a good time here.

  We loved our 3 week stay. The office staff was great! So helpful and pleasant. The view was awesome. The kitchen and bathroom nicely updated. The ice maker worked great. We are tv people and were very pleased with cable stations provided. It was nice and quiet too never heard our neighbors. Great underground parking. We suggest updating kitchen stock, silverware, sharp knives, frying pans, plastic cups ,coffee pot, a new set of dishes and mugs. A new welcome Matt. We are looking forward to our 5 week stay next year.

  Beach Cottage II is a great location for rest and relaxation.
  The condo was clean & newly renovated. Unfortunately they did not replace the living room television. The television was old with terrible video @ audio.
  I would suggest this condo unit replace the living room TV with a Roku TV.
