Fully equipped (Updated 2022) kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and everything you need for dining at home. Three bedroom and two full bath. Master bedroom and living room with adjoining patio.

King bed in master bedroom AND a king bed in the 2nd bedroom! Queen bed in the 3rd. Upgraded bathrooms with separate shower in main bathroom. Flat Panel TVs in living room and all 3 bedrooms. Bed linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels. Washer/dryer in condo. Free Local Calls. Free WiFi. Free Long Distance in Continental US and Canada.

  This condo was just as pleasing this visit as it has been in the past. The furniture looked nice and condo was decorated nicely. Nice that it has a garage too. Over the years of staying here we notice the owner is always making improvements and updates, which is very nice of them! Highly recommend!

  This condo is stocked with everything you need minus beach towels. Toys, beach chairs and all the kitchen ware you would need are available. The beds are comfortable. The condo is spacious and beautiful. This is our second time renting this unit. Only downside is the owner has a car parked in the two car garage, so you only have one spot in the garage and the other car has to grab the limited guest space or park off premises. Most people will have two cars for a 3 bedroom condo.

  Beautiful condo! Location was wonderful. Views were the best. Beds were comfy. We found the condo to be very clean upon our very late (1:30am) arrival. Because we were arriving after hours, the management has late check-in instructions. Very easy.
  Just a few minor complaints. TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t work. Had a hard time figuring out the ceiling fans. Called management and they came the following day. He figured out the fan issue and we thought he figured out the tv issue, but again they stopped working. We didn’t call them again. It was a minor inconvenience. Also, it would have been nice to have had the refrigerator turned on before we got there. Took several hrs to cool down and for the ice maker to make enough ice. The front door lock is a little wonky. Even the maintenance man said it’s because the keys were bent. These are all minor issues that no way took away from a wonderful vacation spot! Being a corner unit gives such a beautiful view of the nightly sunsets that we witnessed every night. It was nice to have our own garage, where we found beach chairs and umbrellas use.
  All in all, we would definitely book this unit again.
