Many updates - Home away from home Emerald Isle 304 is a GOLD rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 3rd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 304 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer & Dryer in condo. No Smoking. One Parking Space. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

  This was our third year at Emerald and next year is already booked. Our condo is so easy to drop into and feel as ease. The beds & pillows are cozy after a day of sun & beach. The kitchen has everything could need. The living space is comfy with good seating. The balcony has easy seating for four with spectacular viewing for sunset. The management team and support staff are very kind and welcoming. Wish I could go more often!

  This is our second year in this particular unit in the condo complex. We love the condo complex! It is located on a quieter end of the beach, and that is such a plus for us! We have one family member who has trouble walking long distances, and this part of the beach is not far from the condo. The pool is well-maintained, and both the unit and the complex are clean. We did rate the quality of the furniture a bit lower this year. The master bed is not the most comfortable. There are now two new full-size beds in the extra bedroom, but because they take up most of the space, the door to the bedroom does not close. Finally, we had family members renting other units, and the decor is more current and lower rental fees than this unit is.

  Suite bathroom could use a little updating. Coffee cups and silverware was a little sparse.

  The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. There were plenty linens and the kitchen was stocked full for all our needs. The balcony offers a great view of the ocean and sunset from the high patio chairs. The beds were comfy. The building was easy to access and the pool/beach access was so close. We enjoyed the Seabreeze and Wahoo’s restaurants. Burrito social was good too. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again. I would recommend this condo to a friend! Thanks to the owner for allowing us to borrow their place.

  This condo is perfect home away from home, spotless clean, new mattress since we stayed here 4 years ago, washer/dryer, everything worked perfect, nice quiet building that is well maintained and the owners take pride in ownership. We can’t wait to come back next year. Nicest clean beach, close to shopping, groceries and fabulous restaurants such as The Conch, Cabby’s, Guppy’s, TJ’s. Brand new Burrito Social opened across the street.

  From the beginning to the end, our stay was very enjoyable. The management team made it an easy process. The condo was by far one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The owners have made their vacation home a place you never want to leave. From the colors on the wall to the abundant amount of linens in the bathroom they have you covered. The only thing we wanted that we did not find was a blender. I would suggest to them to replace the twin bed mattresses or place a topper on the second one like you have on the first one. Maybe you had one there at one time and something happened to it. And replace the showerhead in the guest bath. Other than that we were completely satisfied. The condo and the whole facility was kept very clean. The facility has only 24 units and one elevator. That elevator needs repairing. When it stops at times there's a big bump and its unnerving. That was the only issue we found to be a problem and it was reported. Thank you for the memories made with my mom and a dear friend.
