Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 501 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 5th floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 501 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans.

No Smoking. One Parking Space. Coin-op laundry on premises. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

  This unit was exactly as described. Beach was perfect and not crowded, water fairly clean, and the unit was exactly as described. My favorite part was enjoying the dolphins play from our balcony in the mornings and from the beach late afternoon. It’s all we needed for out unit. Would totally rent again.

  Beautiful location, beachfront and close to restaurants. I only wish the property had a key pad with code, for rooms, entry way, and on gate to beach. It was a little annoying to have to carry a key everywhere. The place was very clean, furniture was nice. Overall it was a very nice place for the price. We would definitely rent this place again

  Nice two bedroom condo for a week at the beach. It is dated but it was clean. They need to update the info that the master bedroom has a king bed. It was listed as a queen and would have kept me from renting if my husband had been with me. There is a beach service (Kevin- not related to condo) you can rent for the week that was wonderful! I did not have to get up early to go reserve my chair/cabana. It was waiting for me when I was ready. The beach is beautiful and well kept. The grounds are immaculate. There was a nasty stain on the carpet that I was told about upon check-in. It was cleaned in a timely manner. Can't ask for more than that.

  This is a great little condo that needs work. It is time for a make over. View is great. South corner unit so very sunny throughout the condo all day and protected from north winds. Right on big beautiful beach. Can walk for miles. Very clean. The maids did best they could but carpets need replacing. The tile is great so just run it through rest of condo. Unfortunately we are into streaming and working on internet. WI-FI definitely needs upgrade. Over all we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the responsiveness we got from JC Property Management.   The location is great with beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Since this is a corner unit it is not only light and bright but also quiet. There was a good amount of pots and pans and some kitchen gadgets if you like to cook yourself and the appliances were in good condition. Lots of towels were also provided. The master bed was very comfortable, the mattress felt like new. There is also a good amount of storage. The water pressure in the master bath was fair but very good in the second bathroom.
  The vacation rental management staff was very friendly and helpful and solved any problem and answered any questions we had.
  The property is in pristine condition but the unit itself is a bit outdated though still functional. There were only two table lamps in the whole living/dining area and only one small table lamp in the second bedroom. There is carpet throughout except for in the kitchen and hall which is not very practical for a beach vacation rental. Also there is no washer/dryer. All in all we still had a great stay at this place.

  This unit was very clean, view was great of the Gulf many places to eat...very relaxing. There is only 1 parking space for each unit so if you have guest they have to park on the street.

  Condo was very clean, in great location. I had an issue with a leak in the ceiling but they repaired it right away. My only suggestion would be a different shower head in the master bathroom. The water pressure is so good it hurts lol, especially with a sun burn. Otherwise my vacation was perfect!

  The condo is an end unit, so it was quiet. Only downfall is you cannot see the sunset from the balcony, you have to go on the beach.
  It was clean, plenty of towels. There is a Mr Coffee and filters. We bought paper towels, napkins, paper plates, and hand soap (they provide bars of soap & dishwasher detergent)
  There are no beach towels, but there are two chairs and an umbrella, we left a noodle. You can rent the chairs with umbrellas below for $30(cash a day or $140 for the week.
  Restaurants: Caddy's Indian Shores, Salt Rock Grill, Crabby Bills, Guppys on the Beach. Also, several breweries in the area, 3 Daughters,Cage Brewing & Pinellas Ale Works, all within 2 blocks in St Petersburg.
