Many Updates - Home away from home Emerald Isle 504 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front corner vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 5th floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 504 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Coin-op laundry on premises. No smoking. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. One parking place. Maximum occupancy 4. CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

  We stayed for 3 weeks in January of this year. The condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners, whom we had the pleasure of meeting, ensured that the unit was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishware, pots, pans, glassware, cutlery, bathroom towels, soap, hand soap and kleenex. They also ensured that there was plenty of plastic wrap, foil, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, baggies to freeze leftovers, spices, paper plates and on and on. They provided books and games. They even had a drawer of local restaurant menus. It was amazing how well stocked the unit was.
  
  Dealing with JC Resorts was an absolute pleasure. Pam made sure our reservation was handled quickly, efficiently and was extremely prompt when replying to our questions.
  
  I would book with JC Resorts and particularly this unit again. In fact, we had hoped to rebook for 2024 but within days of us arriving home I looked and it was already booked for 2024.

  The condo is updated with modern looks and finishes (tile floors, white cabinets and trim, stone countertops, appliances, etc) and is very well maintained.
  
  The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We used the crockpot several times, pots and pans, a strainer, lots of knives and dishes.
  
  The king mattress was recently replaced and we slept well on it. The furniture is relatively new, highly functional and highly comfortable.
  
  The view from the balcony is beautiful. We ate many or our meals at the table and chairs on the balcony.
  
  We made multiple trips to Dunkin Donuts, Burrito Social and the spa across the street. If you want ice cream, skip Baskin Robbins (also across the street). Walk or drive 1 mile to Candy Kitchen - you'll be delighted by this.
  
  Salt Rock Grill should be on your list of places to eat. If you are seated before 5:30 there are great dinner specials. We missed the 5:30 seating and ate off the regular menu. Food is delicious, service is great, ambience is perfect. Ask to sit at one of Cory's tables (waiter). He's awesome.
  
  We also met the owners of the condo (Elmer and Jeanie) and they are among the most friendly and caring people we've ever met.
  
  We will definitely return to this condo on a future visit to Florida.

  Everything about our week was wonderful. We had everything we needed for a good time in our condo and then some. We were hit with a $50 cleaning bill at the end because they said the condo was in an unacceptable condition which was not clarified. I did what was asked of us on the check-out checklist. Overall, I would book it again if given more guidance on what is "unacceptable".

  We totally enjoyed staying at Emerald Isle.Quiet and comfortable and friendly people. Our condo was beautiful and well stocked, clean and close to stores and restaurants. We usually stay are Madiera but was so fortunate to find this open. would like if it was a full gulf view, but it isn't that big of a deal you are still able to have a great view of the beach. Would very much like to stay again. Tried to rebook, but it was already taken for next year.
