Hamilton House 101

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 101 is a GOLD rated Corner two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful de'cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 101 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...for everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the guest bathroom. 101 has a Washer/Dryer, with Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 101 is a NON SMOKING Vacation Rental. Sorry, No trailers, RVs or boats. No pets are allowed.

  We'd stayed in the Hamilton House before, but in a different condo. Love the building's location and this condo was very 's great that the balcony was over a grassy area rather than being over the pool, making for a quiet location. The bed rooms were very nice and everything we needed for our stay was available. Love that great restaurants like Guppy's and Keagans are just a walk away and love that we have. choice between the beach and pool.

  Second stay in Hamilton House unit 101, we absolutely love it here, the ocean views are spectacular. The Lanai is huge, can see the water from your bed!! Clean, well-equiped, close to so many restaurants and shops, we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!!

  The condo has a beautiful view with a beach front balcony. Beach access only a few minute walk. Decent size pool for the kids to play in. Minimal toiletries provided. Good communication from ownership. This is our 2nd stay in this condo and we cant wait to come back again!

  We loved this was very clean and updated with very nice furnishings. The location is excellent, less than 45 minutes from Tampa airport, good parking facilities, nice pool area (heated pool), beautiful beach. Across the street there is an Italian restaurant (TJ's), pizza joint (Chicago Jaqx), seafood restaurant (Keegan's) and about 1 to 2 blocks away a locals bar (Hurricane Eddies) and small grocery/convenient store. Lots of other restaurants and shopping up and down the road. Had to make a few phone calls before check in to verify some info and everyone I spoke with was professional and very friendly. Key codes for all entries. There were 6 beach towels and beach toys, a couple of chairs and small umbrella to use in one of the closets, no cooler, although we brought our own collapsible one. Well stocked kitchen, provided small bath soaps and some starter TP. It's really nice to have ocean/beach view from the primary bedroom as it shares the large balcony. Plenty of storage space in the drawers and hangars in the closet. Great shower in the primary bath. We spent a lot of time on the balcony gazing at the beach/ocean. Would stay here again. Enjoy!

  We booked on the first floor of Hamilton House. The building is the perfect size and ample parking. The beach access was extremely close the pool was nice with plenty of seating. We found 3 new restaurants across the street that we will try the next time we are down. The area is quiet and close to everything. JC Management was extremely helpful with our late check in and early check out. They were also very responsive when we needed anything.

  The bed in the Master was very uncomfortable, and more so for my wife. She complained about not being able to sleep every morning. Something the owners should consider fixing. The floors werent' very clean, but everything else appeared to be. We have stayed at other JC Resort condos and this unit ranked lower than the rest. The view was excellent & we were pleasantly surprised to see that the owners had chairs and umbrellas left for the guests. Everything worked, ... loved the area.

  My family has been going to the Hamilton House and working with JC Resorts for over 25 years. The JC team was fantastic, as usual, especially in helping us through an unexpected flight delay/late arrival situation. Unit 101 could use some updating and the master bed was not very comfortable. Also, the unit was not as clean/spotless as we would’ve preferred. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful time at the HH and can’t wait to return-just likely to a different unit. Dealing with the JC team made our vacation relaxing and stress free!
