Hamilton House 102

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 102 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful de'cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation 102 has the Balcony accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 102 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

  My mom and two daughters and I enjoyed the condo and location for our one week stay. It’s the perfect location for walking to all the restaurants, grocery store, creamery, bakery and the best of all the beautiful beach! The heated pool was amazing!

  Beautiful home in a great location. Check in was very easy. The home was spotless and had most things you would need for a vacation. Our family enjoyed our stay. The only improvements I would add would be to have a wagon for beach items, beach chairs in working order for adults, and a cooler. Also, plastic plates and cups for dining on the patio would have been nice. But, those are small details. The rest was fantastic!

  Haven't been on vacation in many years and was so grateful to have such a wonderful experience because of our vacation rental! It was so cozy and very clean! The cleanliness is #1 of importance for me and they had the place taken care of. The location was perfect..right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view (with the perfect balcony to enjoy sunsets/sunrises)! The pool was nice and never too crowded. We really loved the large space of the condo, and the large master bath shower was really nice. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and we were so grateful for that! It was nice to have extra blankets in the condo, as well as other random items like games and books.
  If I looked back on this vacation, I wouldn't think about any of the negatives but there were a few things to possibly improve but not necessary.
  For us, the bed was very uncomfortable and had a lump in the middle. I had a lot of back pain and trouble staying asleep because of it. The couches are a little older and therefore a little uncomfortable but not too bad! I think something to consider upgrading in the future though.
  The one thing that kind of annoyed me is that since we are supposed to wash any towels we use, I feel there should be at least one laundry pod provided. People would take advantage of a whole bag/container being provided, but to provide at least one or two would be super helpful.
  Not a negative, but I think adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen would be really nice for future visitors.
  Overall, an amazing stay and I would absolutely recommend to everyone!

  Was a retirement celebration for my recent retirement. Love the Indian Rocks Beach area, a lot more laid back than surrounding areas/beaches. Restaurants, beach, shopping all within walking distance. Condo was recently updated and clean, had everything we needed including beach accessories, and beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Definitely would stay here again !

  We had a lovely stay at the Hamilton House. View is much better in person than the pictures. Nice short walk to the beach and a small pool which we didn't use as it was too chilly. Easy check in and out through the Sand Dollar office. Unit was clean except for the floors which is always a problem being close to the beach. Recommend close by restaurants TJ's, Guppy's and French Bakery. It would have been nice to have one roll of paper towels in the condo to start.

  We enjoyed our stay in this Hamilton House condo. Great view, well equipped and comfortable space. JC responded immediately to a maintenance issue. The only complaint I have is that the sofas are worn out, vertical blinds need to be replaced and the floor needs a good scrubbing. Otherwise, excellent location!

  We had not originally booked this rental. We had reservations a couple of beach towns away in a much bigger complex. Their elevator was broken and I have mobility issues which preclude me from using stairs.
  This was a lovely condo with everything that we needed and even things we didn't think we would need.
  We very much liked having the washer and dryer and used it more than we thought that we would. Also, having a reserved parking spot under the building and out of the sun and rain really spoiled us!
  The Gulf view was gorgeous!
  Holly with JC Resort Management was top notch and could not have been any more helpful or nicer. She met us at 8 pm on a Saturday night as a favor to the manager of the property we had originally booked with that had the broken elevator. We could not believe how kind and accommodating Holly was on her night off to a pair of distressed travelers.
  We are contacting Holly the next time we return to this area!
  Would absolutely recommend the Hamilton House condo. It was so nice to be in a smaller property that was not as busy as bigger properties.

  This was our first visit to the Gulf and it was everything that we expected. The condo was great. Perfect location, the view from the balcony was spectacular. We actually ordered in most nights because we didn't want to miss the view. Holly at the office was great. So pleasant every time I talked to her.
