Hamilton House 202

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 202 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 202 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 202 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 4 . It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

  The unit was absolutely perfect! Well stocked, very clean and updated with nice linens and furniture. Loved having beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Tons of kitchen supplies and cookware. I will definitely be going back!! Also loved that there are great restaurants within walking distance and the trolley right down the street! There was nothing like waking up to the sounds of the ocean right outside the door. Enjoyed perfect sunsets from the balcony!! Pool was clean as well!!

  Beautiful location, enjoyed the peace and quiet. Building is easily accessible and I like the locked stairways. The pool and beach were fantastic! Our unit was a great layout and nicely equipped. A few of the small appliances Ned replacing otherwise it was fantastic! Really comfy bed too!

  Excellent location. The ocean view is spectacular. Dauphins regularly can be seen swimming past the condo. It is located within short walking of 3 or 4 very good restaurants and stores. The unit is well maintained, modern and clean.

  So close to the water! Our second time at HH. We love how short the walk is to the water. We would have liked this unit to have a beach umbrella for us to use. There were beach chairs and plenty of dishes if you cooked. Would definitely return!

  Our fourth year at Hamilton House @ Indian Rocks Beach. Love the convenience to wonderful restaurants...several, within walking distance. HH is a smaller building right on the beach and the pool is also beachfront. We’ve stayed in one of the three bedroom units, but they are on side of building, and view of beach is slim to none. The two bedroom ocean front units have million dollar views. Units are always clean and well equipped with the necessities, including washer, dryer. If you encounter issues, the staff at JC resorts work very hard to rectify the issue. We have already rebooked for 2022!
