Hamilton House 205

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 205 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front Corner vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes an over sized private L shaped Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 205 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 205 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum Occupancy: 6. It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

  Hamilton House 205 has a great view. Very close to many fine places to eat within walking distance. The only things that could make it better is the tv amplifier needs to be relocated to avoid getting unpluged as it did while we were there. And the kitchen cabinets are very old. All in all great place hope to come back next year.

  The management company was very accommodating and easy to work with. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms have been updated. The kitchen looks original, but is fully functional and spacious. You have pretty much everything you need for a great time. Location on the beach is really beautiful. Have only one suggestion concerning the condo complex itself. I have a skin condition that requires me to limit my time in the sun. The pool area offers no shade at all in the afternoon. It would have been nice to have at least a table with umbrella or two, but there are none.

  This is our third time staying at the Hamilton House Condo 205. We keep returning because we can't think of anywhere else that could be so perfect! You feel like you are sitting right on the sand on the huge wrap around balcony. Steps to the beach and Gulf. We have never used the pool but they do have one. I like the fact they have good security at the building using codes to enter. The condo is decorated tastefully with a cheery beach theme. This area of the beach is not crowded like the public access areas. It is within walking distance to several good restaurants. The price is reasonable for what you are getting being right on the beach with a beautiful and different sunset to watch every night.

  Love the location of this unit at Hamilton House and its spacious balcony at the building’s north end. Stayed here many times over 20+ years. Awesome reno of ensuite bathroom. Nice new outdoor dining set. Otherwise unit needs some work and updates - esp. kitchen. JCR is first rate - Holly, Annette and Angela!!
  Hope to return and would be thrilled with some redos on misc. units.

  This was our second time staying at this lovely condo directly on Indian Rocks Beach. This time we stayed for 2 weeks because I knew we wouldn't be satisfied with only 1 week like last year. It is the prettiest condo. Decorated very beachy and nice. The highlight of this 2 BR condo is it's wrap around huge private balcony with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunsets every night! Not only is there a sliding glass door off the living room area, there is also one off the master bedroom. You can see the Gulf while laying in bed. I like that this condo is on the side of the building so you have more windows and sunlight in all the rooms. They have secured entry to make it not only a relaxing stay but a safe one. They do have a pool. The beach is not as congested as the public beaches and that is what I like about it. However, there are great restaurants within walking distance, right across the street, so you really don't need a car unless you wanted to go somewhere farther away. There are bike and scooter rentals just a couple blocks away too. For those of you who have never been to this part of Florida, I would highly recommend IRB. It is such a nice area. I certainly recommend renting this particular condo, just as long as you don't want it at the same time as me!

  Overall great location with fantastic balcony and views. Condo is very spacious. JC Management very easy to work with, able to talk to someone immediately when I called about our unexpected late arrival and was sent an email on a Saturday that explained the late arrival process, which was very easy and as described. We otherwise did not have any issues and amenities were as described. Bathrooms are remodeled and wonderful. outdoor furniture was great- when not at the beach, we spent most time on the balcony. Kitchen could use some updating and wish the door was keypad entry instead of requiring a key (would have just made it easier going to and from the beach/pool), but overall did not hinder our stay. My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under age 10) loved every minute of our time in Indian Rocks Beach. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.

  Checked in late, key pick up was easy
  Condo is well furnished and clean, kitchen a bit out dated sink is small. Over all the condo is comfortable and adequate. Outstanding view of the Gulf with some of the most beautiful sunsets. Swimming pool is well kept and clean.
  The only negative was the elevator was out for repairs, condo is on second floor. Should be back in order by the time we come back next vacation.

  The rental staff were very friendly and even accommodated an early check-in. The condo is quite large and while not an open concept, was very accommodating for our family of 4. Not once did we feel cramped. The rental was very clean and the master bed was very comfortable. There haven’t been many updates done (except for the 2nd bathroom) to the condo, but it didn’t feel old if you know what I mean. We prefer clean and comfortable over needing stainless steel and modern bathrooms. The patio was large with plenty of seating and we enjoyed amazing sunsets every night. The walk down the path to the beach is very short and made it easy to go up to the condo from the beach if needed. You can’t beat the clear calm water on Indian Rocks beaches. There are plenty of restaurants within very short walking distance and a small grocery store. We ate out way more than we usually do because everything was so close and convenient. Chicago Jaqx was pretty good and had live music every night. We also ate at Guppy’s twice and the food was delicious. Definitely go to IRB creamery for ice cream and Salt Public house was great for a quick lunch and beer. Indian Rocks Cafe has super friendly owners and wonderful breakfast. We’re hoping to rent at Hamilton House again and would recommend to everyone.
