Hamilton House 301

Home Away from Home -Hamilton House 301 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front Corner vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom!

Vacation rental 301 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the main bedroom and 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 301 has a Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

  The condo looks great and is very comfortable. The cleaning crew does a great job. Plus they provide bathroom and kitchen towels, as well as detergents.
  The kitchen is well appointed (new flatware, silverware, pans, etc.). The condo is nicely decorated and the furniture is in great shape.
  The beach view is priceless.

  Have been coming to Indian Rocks for at least the last 20 years and have been staying at Hamilton House for at least 15:years! The office staff is the best! Always welcoming. The location of the unit is my favorite (always stay in the same unit). Highly recommend!!!!

  The overall experience was really nice. The condo owners seem to be updating the interior. The patio & view of the gulf & beach was beautiful! My only suggestion would be to include the directions to the main office for late arrivals. It was a little unclear but property management was easy to reach.😊
