Hamilton House 303

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 303 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious top floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 303 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 303 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 5 beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 2 covered spots underneath. Limit two parking passes at check-in.


Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Friday Arrival and Departure 7-night minimum stay Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

  Great location, the kid enjoyed the beach and pool.The condo was as described, it was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked. There was no cooking spices, which was no problem, just in the past at other rentals they had a limited stock of common seasoning. The condo has several beach chairs and an umbrella. There was a small supply of kids beach toys. Overall this was a great condo. We did late check in with no problems. Would definitely stay here again.

  This building is a hidden gem - walking distance to all sorts of dining options, and a section of beach that never seemed to get too crowded, even with spring break in full swing. The condo was comfortable with everything we needed, the management team was eager to help (but we never needed to call them) and the views were breathtaking. The other visitors also happened to be wonderful families - and everyone was super respectful of keeping any noise down. We can’t wait to go back!

  This is our second year staying here. The staff where we checked in at Sand Dollar are always accommodating. We arrived early and the did their best to get us to check in early. Also let us use there resort until we were able to check in. The girls at the front desk are wonderful. Love the condo and location. Always clean. They do need to update the outdoor furniture on the deck, the table is rusted and chipping and could be a hazard for someone to cut their finger or hands. Otherwise we will definitely be back.

  We always love staying at the Hamilton House on Indian Rocks Beach!
  We make a quick stop at Publix when we get into town and we're good for the week. Everything else is within walking distance-restaurants, bars, convenience store, paddle board rental, and of course... The beach!
  We set up our stuff on the beach in the morning, get drinks and snacks from our room during the day, and watch the sunset from our balcony every night.
