Home Away from Home -Hamilton House 306 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. Gorgeous. Professionally decorated/renovated. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private balcony with plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy Relaxing. Balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom! Vacation rental 306 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the main bedroom , 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom and a King in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 306 has a Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 2 covered parking spaces. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 8 beach towels.

  Beautifully decorated condo. It was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. They provided beach chairs and towels. Steps away from pool and beach. Clean bathroom located next to pool. JC employees, Holly and Angela were very nice and responsive. Great place for beach vacation!

  The unit is wonderful. Its large, updated and accommodating. The best may be the very comfortable mattresses in every room! The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of evenings on it. The side view was peaceful but we missed our front views. The unit is across the street from a few restaurants, but most are 10 mins away either toward Clearwater or Redington Beach. Easy access to car and beach and pool!

  The condo was beautiful. Location was great. Patio caught sunrise and sunset both and had beautiful view of the beach and water. Would definitely recommend to large family. Plenty of room to spread out.

  Wonderful location, pool and beach were right there and we had plenty of options for dinner (and ice cream!) all within walking distance. The living area was larger than expected and all bedrooms were good size. Even though it wasn't beach front, the balcony offered a beautiful view of the beach and had plenty of seating for all 6 of us. The house didn't have any tissues, paper towels or napkins when we arrived so we made an evening trip to the store - it didn't ruin our stay but basic supplies would have been nice. We also purchased 2 beach chairs since the items at the condo were in rough shape.

  The condo is very spacious and beautiful! Very clean. Even though the condo was on the side of the building you still have great views of the Gulf. And just steps to the beach.
