Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 109 is a SILVER rated corner, two-bedroom, two-bath, Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful, sugar sand beach. 109 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom , and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Coin-Op Laundry on premises. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 6.

  Ram Sea 109: Very nice condo, clean, in a great location. Kitchen well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils. Liked how both bedrooms had direct access to a bathroom, with one bathroom having a 2nd door to hallway. Although the bathrooms are a little small, some brilliant person installed the sink off-center so at least there is a little counter space for a few toiletries.
  
  My only complaint is there were no beach chairs. I mean, I'm renting your beach-front condo; I think beach chairs are an essential!
  
  I cannot say enough good things about JC Resort Mgt Company. Every contact with staff was pleasant - they are always friendly and very helpful. They provide generous amount of towels and enough toilet paper and dishwasher soap to last the week (Hey! A little bottle of dish soap would be nice.) In our case this year, with construction that lasted longer than expected, they provided fair compensation for the inconvenience. I quit using VRBO a few years ago and have rented from JC Resort happily the past 3 years.
