Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 202 is a SILVER rated one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 202 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds in the master bedroom. Flat panel color cable TVs in the living room and bedroom. Telephone with free local calls. Free wireless internet. 202 has central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Coin-operated laundry in the building. No Smoking. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. One parking space. Maximum occupancy: 4.

  We had a great time at the ram sea!! My only wish would be a black out curtain in the bedroom. We shut the mini blinds but since the sun rises on that side of the building, the light still came in and made it hard to sleep in.

Well maintained with nice upgrades and good placement of the latest technology. The Staff is very friendly, really great and ready to assist in whatever you need. The location is perfect. Shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities abound. The area has everything that one could desire.

  We arrived on Christmas morning, it was super easy to get the key from the lock box. Our condo was clean, great view of the beach & ocean. One thing I don’t like is we couldn’t use their washer & dryer. I don’t understand why, because they will know which guest broke it. Most people I would think would tell them hey this happened during our stay what can we do to fix it? Least I would. They had beach chairs which was nice so we didn’t have to buy any. The queen beds were comfortable. Microwave worked great and stove. We are hoping to stay in this condo next time.

The owners don't lock up the washer/dryer. This condo does not have a washer/dryer. There are washer/dryers available for guests to use. They are located on the same floor, near the elevator.   Need a coffee maker, theirs was broken and had a sign to not use.

  Overall vacation was good. Unfortunately the red tide was there which cannot be controlled but it got better after a couple of days. The condo was fine but could use some updating. The TV remotes were not fun to figure out. This is the 3rd time we stayed in this unit. The Ram Sea staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful.
