Home away from home- Vacation Rental - Ram Sea 211- (GOLD Rated) is a second-floor corner condo located in North Redington Beach. This vacation rental has three bedrooms and two full baths. Living/dining room and the newly renovated kitchen that includes everything needed for at home dining. Living room and master bedroom with private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking the beach. Flat panel color cable televisions in living room and all three bedrooms. .Free wireless internet access.Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 1 double bed in the 3rd bedroom..211 has central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/Dryer.. No Smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.

  Great condo and location! Pam, from the office, was very helpful. Mattress in main bedroom was not the best and kitchen had everything that we needed except for a pizza cutter!

  We had an issue with our rental at Beach Palms and needed to leave early due to a water leak. Pam saved us by luckily having a cancellation for three weeks. We have already booked for next year. Mgmt was Fabulous to work with

  We have been vacationing here for years. I almost hate to share with the rest off the world how great this place is for fear it may be booked the next time we are ready to go! The condos are so clean and comfortable and close walking distance to some great restaurants. The beach is beautiful and the pool area and grilling area are so nice. There are always maintenance people around sweeping and cleaning.

  We love Ram Sea and JC Resorts. It is such a well managed and maintained property. The level of customer service JC provides is vastly superior to the usual. This particular unit is nicely remodeled, very current and comfortable. The kitchen and baths are beautiful and the beds are great. It is very difficult to top the combination of location, view, service and amenity that Ram Sea offers for a condominium rental. There were some elevator issues that JC handled as best they could. The value of having the property manager on site should not be taken for granted. We love being centrally located to Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg, without the crazy traffic you see in Indian Rocks and Treasure Island. It’s not hard to see why there are so many long time repeat renters. Highly recommended; next year is already on the books!

  ELEVATOR KEEPS BREAKING. This is the second time I've stayed at the RamSea in less than 12months and both times the elevator broke. Unacceptable. Unit 211 didn't come with paper towels or dish soap in case you didn't want to use the dishwasher. For the price these items need to be included. The shower curtain liner has significant mold and needs to be replaced. Front bedroom to the right needs a new mattress. Too bouncy and sink in the middle.
