Beautifully updated.- Home away from home- Vacation Rental 303- GOLD rated, is a third-floor condo located in N Redington Beach.. Living/dining room,, three bedrooms and two full baths. 303 has an upgraded and fully equipped kitchen,complete with everything needed for at home dining.. Living room and master bedroom both open to a private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking our sparkling, sugar sand beach. Flat panel color cable televisions in living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Full size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 1 king size bed in the 3rd bedroom. 303 has Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.

  We’ve been going to the Ram Sea for about 10 years now and we’ve always had a good experience. This time there were some unforeseen repairs on our building which included having to shut down the pool and some noise but Pam stepped up and was able to get us a condo in the other building and helped us in many other ways. It saved what could’ve been a disastrous vacation into a good one. Thanks, Pam.

  We had a fantastic time at Ram Sea. It is our favorite place to stay when we vacation in Fl. We love the location and all the amenities. We had some issues with the condo but they were quickly addressed and resolved. We will definitely be back!!

  I have been vacationing at Ramsea almost since it opened once, twice and even three times a year. Love everything about the area (restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc), love the building facility (staff extraordinary, pool, hot tub and grounds all extremely well kept). Not pleased however with current suite ranking system. I think the range in GOLD suite ranking is too great and many in silver category should be bronze status. Time to rerank based on current suite quality and not what it once was. I'll return regardless, but don't wish to pay for GOLDS or event SILVERS that simply aren't.

  We rented 303 at Ram Sea for the month of March. The unit is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved the condo. Nice kitchen with granite countertops and lots of plates, glasses and utensils. The living room had comfortable leather furniture and a great TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney included.....great for the grandchildren. The balcony seemed deeper than others and was great for eating outdoors. Great beach and sunset watching. Our 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren came to visit at different times. They all loved the beach and pool. The hot tub was a big hit.
  
  The washrooms were nice and our glass walk in shower in the master bedroom suite was amazing. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a family. The staff at JC Resorts is the best

  We have been coming to Ram-Sea for four years now and have enjoyed the property. Our unit was rated Silver but needs some updating to keep that rating. We loved the balcony furniture. The unit is decorated nicely. However the dishwasher was terribly loud and needs to be replaced. The kitchen appliances seem older. On the last day our shower handle wouldn’t turn so couldn’t use it. Only one potholder and no measuring spoons so I had to buy them. Kitchen was not as well equipped as some of the Gold units we have stayed at in the past. Pam and her staff are wonderful and do a great job. We appreciate all of their hard work. Looking forward to next year in a different unit.
