Ram Sea 402

Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 402 is a SILVER rated one-bedroom, one-bath, Gulf front, vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental is comfortably decorated and includes a private, Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 402 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in living room and master bedroom. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds in the bedroom. No smoking. Coin-Op laundry facilities on the 2nd and 4th floors in the building. One parking space. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4.

  What a great week staying at Ram Sea! We really enjoyed our unit as it had everything we needed, plenty of towels, as well as comfortable furniture/ beds. Check in and checkout were so easy because the office staff was super helpful and kind.
  We have rented a lot of condos over the years, and this was our second time at Ram Sea. Their cleaning crew is by far the best we have ever experienced! We will see you in July.

  The unit had all the luxuries of home. It's always a plus when you can cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner right in the room. And that's what we did. The balcony has a table and chairs to enjoy your meals with a spectacular view. The 2 lounge chairs are a bonus to lay back and relax. Not all units have them. We stayed in March 2024 and upon checkout booked the same unit for November 2024. Great Stay !! Great Place !!

Had an issue with the TV, again staff were able to help me out (thanks David). The front staff were very helpful as always. I had a question regarding pricing 1 BR Silver rated different than another 1 BR Silver Rated, explained the best they could.

  We had the pleasure of staying at the Ram Sea for 2 weeks. The description of the condo was very accurate & the view from the balcony was the best. We had a few problems as far as cleaning, but the staff was right on it the same day. Can’t say enough about the staff. Always available & always pleasant. About the only complaint we had was with the mattresses. They both were much to soft for our liking. Would definitely recommend this property to family & friends. We enjoy the fact that you can walk to so many restaurants in the area & the trolley bus will take you farther out if you desire.
