Ram Sea 404 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 4th floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 404 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Wall mounted Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and free wireless internet access are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king size bed in the master bedroom and one queen-sized and one double sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat, air conditioning. Two parking permits. Maximum occupancy: 6. No smoking. No pets. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons.

  Our unit was very comfortable with a great view of the beach and ocean. Pam at the front desk is the best. Don't lose her. Being on Gulf Blvd is great. Several really good restaurants all along the Blvd, some within walking distance.

  Property management is very nice. When we got to our room we checked everything out and they didn’t clean the microwave. There was food crusted on the turn plate. Once front office was alerted they sent someone to clean it. Just made me wonder what else wasn’t clean or it was cleaned very well. Condo was nice.

  This is our third year at this property, first year in this particular unit. Overall we had a wonderful time. The property is close to many restaurants and love the views from our balcony. Pam at JC Resorts is great to work with. I don’t know how she managed this year but she did. She worked with us to get the unit we wanted for next year also. The pool is nice and the property grounds are well maintained. Always enjoy the SeaBreeze Grill right down the road and the tiki bar next door.
