  When we were almost to our condo, we received a call from the management office informing us that the condo we had rented was not available because the previous renter was sick and could not leave the condo. The management company showed us a couple of other condo units available and allowed us to pick the one we liked best. The management office went out of their way to make our stay wonderful!8

  Location, location, location! The furniture and beds were comfy. The master bedroom had a lot of closet space. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen had enough equipment to get us by. The washer and dryer were adequate but need to be replaced. I would definitely stay in 405 again.

  We have been staying at Ram Sea for 5 years now and this was our second year in this unit. It's a great unit for a family with plenty of room to sleep. I particularly like that the furniture is actually comfortable--couches and beds!

  First off I want to say JC Resort has hands down the best customer service. I'm not sure who we spoke with in June to change our reservation due to Covid but they went above and beyond to help us. I definitely recommend staying here. My only complaint was the wait for the elevator due to only having one and having to share the pool between Ramsea 1 and 2. All in all we had a great vacation and will be rebooking next year!!

  The Ram Sea is a great place to vacation with the family. The beach is great. The condo was perfect. Beautiful balcony to sit in the morning drinking my morning coffee and enjoying the view of the ocean.The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to requests. One note, my Granddaughters ages 13, 15 and 20, when asked if they wanted to go to Disneyland or the Ram Sea-They chose the Ram Sea.

  J. C. Resorts does a great job in keeping the units they managed in wonderful shape. All the condos I’ve stayed in are in good shape and clean. Unfortunately because of Covid we are not getting the same service as in the past ie bedding change and towel service. Hoping this will return soon. All and all a great holiday experience.

  We have stayed at Ram Sea for several years, always a great week. The property is nice and great location. The property is just missing a few key items to make the stay incredible: Ice machines and a walk up bar/restaurant/convenience item store. The elevator is also very slow.
