This spacious 4th floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Both the living room and the master bedroom open to a private balcony. Vacation rental 413 offers a full size, fully updated and fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat panel color cable televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms., Telephone with free local calls. Free wireless internet access. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the third bedroom. Washer and dryer. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak booking seasons. 7 night minimum stay year round. Maximum occupancy: 8

  My family and friends have stayed close to 30 years.
  We keep coming back because we enjoy the area and people that we see every year. This year was very enjoyable as usual. Some of the people we would thank for their hospitality are Pam in the office, both Mike's in maintenance. The pool and grounds personnel. Great job everyone. THe only complaint I have is when booking for 2023 the price we were charged was almost 35% higher than 2022. We spend 5 weeks there and our increase amounted to $1,000.00 weekly increase. We expected an increase but this seem's alot. Some of the usual friends that usually come with us are rethinking their return in the future. Thanks for 2022

  The condo is one of the best we have stayed in at the Ram Sea! The condo had the latest updates, which included a wine refrigerator and an extra large walk in rain shower!
