Home away from home- Vacation Rental 414- (Silver Rated) is a fourth-floor corner condo with fabulous panoramic beach view. Living room and master bedroom both have a private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking the beach. Newly furnished (5/18) Living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen Updates (10/15) include new granite countertops, new cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. Countertop has been extended with overhang and bar stools for cozy gatherings. Three bedrooms includes a King bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and one queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms updated (9/16. Both are designer baths with double vanity sinks and with comfort height toilets in each. Master bath offers walk-in shower and there is a shower tub combo in the 2nd bathroom.   Our rental was great. Enough space for all. The master bath shower needs some regrouting or deep cleaning. Some of the beach chairs are in need of replacing. We rented from the beach guys because of that. Other than those minor things it was perfect will return again!!

  This is our 2nd year staying at Ram Sea and my husband and I absolutely love it there. This year we bought the family and they too loved it. Everything is right there. The pool, hot tub & beach.   Always stay with JC Resort and have always been pleased with the employees and condos. My only complaint this trip was that the bathroom shower wasn’t cleaned great as there was mildew in the corners, and the mattress needs to be replaced in the master bedroom. Every time I moved it would make noise and felt like I was sleeping directly on top of the box spring. Other than those complaints we enjoyed the condo and the employees we encountered.

  We have been staying at JCResorts for about 15 hears now and have stayed in unit 414 the last 3 times .I love this unit and when the family comes there is plenty of room plus very well decorated and all the cooking supplies you need whatever the meal.Housekepping is excellent and Pam and the girls at the front desk go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
