Ram Sea 501

Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 501 is a GOLD rated, corner two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in North Redington Beach. This spacious 5th floor condo is delightfully furnished and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 501 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Maximum occupancy: 6. No smoking. No pets. This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge. Saturday to Saturday rentals in peak seasons.

  We have chosen to stay at the Ram Seas for the past several years and as usual this time was just what we needed. We moved from a 1 bedroom/1 bath next door to a 2 bedroom/2 bath and enjoyed having the 2nd bathroom and additional space. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme and appliances were in good working order. The view of the beach was super nice and we spent many hours just walking the beach and enjoying the sunsets and the warm waters. I guess my biggest draw to this property is the availability to enjoy the Tiki bar located just steps away and there are several restaurants that are within walking distance that we enjoy. We also recommend the beach chair rentals which are available through "Kevin" who is nice enough to move our umbrella as the sun moves during the day. The neighborhood appears safe to us and the office help was very nice as we arrived about 30 minutes early and were able to get into our room without much difficulty. My only negative comment was other condos we have stayed at have had some of the staples available in the condo such as salt/pepper, napkins, paper towels and none of these items were available so we had to make an additional trip out for these as we typically do our grocery shopping prior to arrival at the Ram Seas. There is a Dollar store fairly close so it wasn't a huge deal, that was something found a bit annoying nonetheless. Its a great place to relax and if you want to do tourist type activities there is a lot to do that is close by. In fact, this year we hardly used our rental car as we walked most places we visited. We have decided to return to this condo next year and have already made our reservations. Its a respite for the busy life we experience back home and was just what we needed.

  Condo was immaculate, only things I would recommend is to have "Grab Bars" put in both bathrooms for safety to your older guests. A wall clock in living room and a bigger table on the balcony.
