This spacious 5th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! | | Vacation rental 506 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. | | Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. | | Sleeping accommodations include one QUEEN in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. | | Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. | | Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Coin-operated laundry in the building. | | Maximum occupancy: 6. 506 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge. | | The Ram Sea Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Volley Ball area, Gas/Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided though we do suggest bringing beach towels.   The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and lots of towels. Meticulously clean. Loved the location, excellent restaurants (Seabreeze and Sweet Sage). Late check in went well, staff very friendly. We will be booking again in the future.

  Everything was great...I rented the condo # 506 for my adult children and their spouses. One issue was brought up that the hair dryers suppled, were in terrible condition and should be replace. Caused shocks, old, bad wiring.
  Also, the paddle fan in the one bedroom did not work. Other than those issues the experience was great.

  Everything about this stay was perfect. The owner was so friendly, responsive and accommodating. The ladies at check in were so sweet, the process was smooth and easy and the only thing nicer than the condo was the incredible view. It was immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need from beach chairs and rafts to a more than fully stocked kitchen. It was like being at home and being in a luxurious beach condo at the same time. The only hard part was leaving. Can’t wait to go back!
