Welcome to “Our Piece of the Beach”! Beautiful Home away from home-Ram Sea 513 is a GOLD rated three bedroom two bath Gulf front vacation rental located in North Redington Beach. This spacious fifth floor vacation rental has leather sofa, love seat and recliner. This condo has that beach and home feeling. All flooring is tile and vinyl. There is a large private Gulf front balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. 513 has an updated, full size and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops that is complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Also included in condo 513 is a separate bar area with cabinets and counter.. Flat panel color cable televisions in living room and all three bedrooms. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. 513 has Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. 7 night minimum stay requirement year round. Maximum occupancy: 8.

  We LOVE it here! Stunning Gulf front view every morning! We have been returning to Ram Sea unit 513 for the past 4 years. All the amenities of home, easy check-in and check-out, JC Resort Staff is very kind and welcoming. This unit has always been clean upon arrival and if there is an issue, JC Resort staff is quick to respond, and very accommodating.
  The unit is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around with 8 people. Very easy too stay in and cook meals, as all of the necessary kitchen utensils are provided! We love staying here and highly recommend unit 513!

  What a wonderful place to be able to totally relax and enjoy the beach and water. The beach is very nice. The condo is GREAT and very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are all very close. There are lots to sights to see or just sit and relax and soak up the sun. The Ram Sea Staff are great! Can't wait until next year.

  All in all everything was great. The only downfall was the elevator in the second building being down the day we arrived. It was up and running mid morning on Sunday. Staff was great in getting that taken care of.

  We had an amazing time at the RamSea. Room 513 was really nice. We loved the way it was decorated and it had all the comforts of home there. They only problem we had was with how clean it was. The cleaning staff never changed the sheets. All of the beds were missing the flat sheets. It needed dusting badly. All of the fans were extremely dusty and the floors were dirty.

  This may have been one of our best rentals ever. It was super clean, cute and beachy. Location was great (short drive to Johns Pass and Publix) parking was a breeze, check-in and check out was easy and smooth. Covid safety was clearly a priority, pool and hot tub were great. Our Unit was recently updated and the care and detail the owners put in to their unit made me feel like we were staying at a friends place.
