Walk into CRUISE SHIP VIEWS in this Ram Sea 612 three-bedroom, two bathroom Gulf front unit in No. Redington Beach. This spacious TOP FLOOR Gold rated unit boosts updated tropical décor throughout. The very private direct Gulf Front balcony has sought after CEILING FANS keeping you comfortable while you enjoy the spectacular views of our white sugar sand beach. Balcony offers access from both the living room and the master bedroom. Vacation rental 612 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with updated cabinets with soft close drawers, granite countertop, new stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in all 3 bedrooms and cable +DVR in living room. Telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer granite double sink vanities and recessed ceiling fans. Washer/dryer Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. This vacation rental comes with local gym membership (walking distance) at no charge. No smoking. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons - call for exceptions please. Maximum occupancy: 8.   Three couples stayed in the condo: my wife and I, our two grown children, and their significant others. We had plenty of room. Even though our son and daughter had to share a bathroom it worked out fine.
  
  Two of the bedrooms include HUGE walk-in closets connected to the bedroom on one side and the bathroom on the other. They would be perfect as an additional close-by bedroom for young children.
  
  The condo was bigger than anticipated. Everything was clean and in working order. We loved the balcony!
  
  An added bonus is that it's next door to the Doubletree which is a 2 minute walk for an excellent meal or a break at the Tiki Bar.
  
  We will definitely return!

  We stayed in your condo for a week with our two children and their spouses and our 21 month old grandson. We rented equipment from Our little suitcase and the closet space off the bedroom with two beds was PERFECT for the crib! The furniture was beautiful and the linens were amazing and bright! The kitchen appliances were up to date and beautiful. Everyone commented on them that came to visit! But the thing that we LOVED the most was the fans on the deck!! We would definitely look into renting your condo again in the future! Thank you for making it unbelievably homey! The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the elevator. It broke down three times during the week we were there.
