  My family had a great time in this condo. It was very close to lots of good food. The tiki bar and jet ski rentals next door were great. Get the Dirty Banana ! We rented a paddle board for a hour and I floated over a pair of manatees. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space.

  Large condo but perfect size for 5 people. So helpful to have washer and dryer. Location and proximity to beach was ideal. Would highly recommend Beach Pizza close by and the daily ice cream truck was super fun for everyone!

  Really enjoyed our stay here. Location is on a quieter stretch of Gulf Blvd but still close to dining, bars, shopping, groceries, John's Pass. Spacious and because it is the top floor, we never heard any other noise than the sea birds and surf. Really enjoyable. Would highly recommend JC Resort Management for a future stay. Interior of the condo needs a little light updating but nothing major. Management company was super friendly and helpful.
