Sand Dollar 102

Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 102 is a SILVER rated Corner two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 102 offers a full size, fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 102 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

  We had a great stay at the Sand Dollar - again ! Apartment was huge and has everything you need for a perfect stay . Best part is that it in the beach with great uninterrupted views of the Gulf and every sunset . Pool is great as is the Hot tub . Location is perfect - everything is close by .

  Huge condo decorated beautifully with everything you need including beach towels. 2 beach chairs but one was broken. Staff was super helpful and kind. Very secure with specialized keys and codes. Pool is saltwater and pristine along the the huge hot tub. The view was the beach and gorgeous.

  Having been returning to the Sand Dollar for many years it never fails to disappoint. The staff are great and the view is exceptional. We have stayed in many of the different condos and they are all well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Some are more”beachy” than others but that is being picky. We booked for next year as soon as we checked out so there is no doubt in my mind where we want to be. One slight criticism is that although it is all self catering if you are staying 2, 3 or more weeks it would be good to have house keeping give the room a clean and change the beds. Not jobs I want to be doing on vacation.

  Sand Dollar is the perfect place for a family vacation. Beautiful beach, fishing pier, nice big pool and hot tub, volleyball net, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the first floor with easy access to beach and pool.
