Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 105 is a BRONZE (Great Value!) rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 105 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and walk-in showers. 105 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 105 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

7 night minimum during peak periods and holidays. 4 night minimum in off season upon request

The view from the balcony is picture gives you a front row seat to the most spectacular sunsets. It is a really nice condo with many great updates. It offers lots of space for families.   We loved staying in Indian Shores, the location of the condo is perfect, the property management company was kind and very helpful. The location to the beachfront and pool/hottub was amazing. I was very happy with everything inside the condo. The furniture on the balcony was not as pictured. It was cluttered with mulitple types of seating that didn't go together. You could barely get out on the balcony because of all the extra stuff on it. It would have been nice to enjoy that area more. Everything else was great and super clean. I would stay here again.

  Enjoyed a perfect sunset almost every night of our stay. Property management were all excellent.Suggestion for improvement would be to make more space in the kitchen for visitors nonrefrigerator groceries by emptying some of the cabinets. Also reduce the amount of furniture on the deck. It was too crowded. Would recommend JD's and Guppy's restaurants. The magic show in St Pete was wonderful too.

  We have stayed at the Sand Dollar for over 20 years. Every year has been totally awesome! Our room is always clean and well furnished. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is the perfect temperature. The pool area is a good size although it could us one or two more covered tables. The view of the gulf is beautiful and the sunsets are awesome! We will definitely be returning again next year.

  Our overall stay at the Sand Dollar was fabulous. The condo was clean and the view of the gulf was amazing. It is right where local restaurants are. The staff was friendly at the Sand Dollar and the other residents were all kind and helpful. The hot tub was nice at night time. The condo is very safe with the key locking system as well. The pier is a plus!! The furniture in this condo was a little uncomfortable and the furniture on the balcony could be replaced however we were not inside much. The beds were comfortable. For future renters, the kitchen was equipped however there were no spices, foil, saran wrap, ziploc bags so make sure those items are on your grocery store list. We will definitely be back!
