Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 109 is a spectacular GOLD rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental was completely updated/upgraded in 2017 and has a delightful décor with a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 109 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local calls is also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a large walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 109 has a Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. | | The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels. Maximum occupancy: 6. 109 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets.

  I have been staying at the Sand Dollar for well over 35 years. I wouldn't stay anyplace else!! It's like our 2cd home. The beach is right there and we love the pool & hot tub. It was another fantastic year for sure.

  The condo has recently been updated and is beautiful. It came complete with all the amenities we needed for a fantastic week. While our view was phenomenal, since we were closer to the pool than we have been in the past, we noticed that it could be a little noisier on the balcony. The management company is always so kind and helpful. We'll be back next year!

  We have been coming to the Sand Dollar for 15 plus years and recently discovered unit 109 which has a Friday check-in which we like and it is also a beautiful unit - well stocked - well located on the first floor since we run up and down the stairs all day to get things we have forgotten!!! I also like that this unit is located near the hot tub and pool so we can watch children/teens in the pool. Best of all is the pier that we sit under for shade from the sun!!!!!

  The condo is beautifully decorated and very practical for hanging out. The couches are comfortable; the island great for cooking or gathering around; great kitchen. I wish there would have been a few supplies there which would make it much more convenient for a guest. For instance, a couple pods of laundry detergent, some aluminum foil, a couple spices, a clean, new sponge... I can't imagine it would cost more than $10 per stay and would be so much easier on your guests. The hot tub was right below the balcony and the ocean view was fantastic. It's really a lovely place to stay.

  This is a newly decorated unit that is one of the nicest we’ve stayed at at the Sandollar. We loved everything about it. It’s really being picky, but the sofas were very mushy making them hard to get off of.

  For the most part the unit was wonderful. It was modernized, the open concept is nothing that we have experienced in other condo rentals. Being on the first floor was nice so that we could use the stairs instead of the elevator. The only issue we had was the one couch was very uncomfortable, you could tell that the cushions were used and not firm, you would slide back. But overall a great experience and we would highly recommend.

  We have been visiting the Sand Dollar for 3 decades now. 109 is the nicest condo we have rented. Updated kitchen and furnishings. I missed having a gas stove but I don't think any of the units do. The pool and sauna area is cleaned several times daily. We tend to use the beach more often. Why wouldn't you! The private fishing pier and BBQ area are added bonuses! Talk about location; so many restaurants and shops in all directions. Holly in guest services is amazing. We were able to check in early in less than 5 minutes. This is our go to place in Florida!

The pool and beach area are always clean, the property is always clean and well manicured, the staff are very friendly, and the location is perfect!! Holly, in Guest Services, always makes sure we have everything we need, makes check in a "breeze", and always has a smile on her face. We stayed in Unit 109 this time, and it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! The décor is very pretty and welcoming/inviting, the beds were so comfortable, we felt like we were at a 5-star resort!!! Will always come back to visit Sand Dollar when we want to be in Florida.
