Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 204 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! | | Vacation rental 204 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. | | Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls is also provided. | | Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. | | Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. Master bath offers a comfort height toilet and a walk-in shower. There is a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. | | 204 has a Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. | | Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 204 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. | | The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided though we do suggest bringing beach towels. CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

  We had a great time at our stay at the Sand Dollor Resort. Very nice condo and very large space, our only beef would be the palm tree that needed cleaned that obstructed part of our beach view. We enjoyed our week stay there and plan on returning in January 2025

  Condo is as beautiful as the pictures. Beach view from balcony is great saw dolphins and stunning sunsets. Staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. Building is quiet and very secure.   This was our first time doing a full family beach vacation and our first time with JCResorts. I was a little hesitant at first because I had never heard of them. But I am so glad I did. The unit was much larger than expected and beautiful! Beds were comfy, unit was clean, and the view was gorgeous. The photos here don't do it justice! We stayed for a week in October and the pool was perfect and the kids loved swimming in it. The beach is beautiful and not crowded like the more touristy spots in Clearwater. Lots of great places to eat within a 2-3 minute drive. The staff at the front were very nice and maintenance was super quick when we had a small issue with the cooling system. We definitely plan on coming back again!! Highly recommend!

  My wife & I are repeat renters at the Sand Dollar because of the spacious 1,400 sq foot condos thar are clean, updated and offer a spectacular seat in front of the Gulf of Mexico. You certainly can pay more and get less at a noisy area resort. My advise is: don’t overlook this hidden gem.

  We came down for a family gathering at a hotel nearby but needed something a little bit bigger for our family of six. After lots of searching this unit popped up and the listing looked beautiful and it was also everything we needed in person! The view of the ocean was perfect, the unit is on the second floor so we were able see our teens on the beach and in the pool! The unit was spacious and comfortable and we’d definitely book here again!

  The unit we had was clean and nice the only complaint is, they need to buy new mattresses and sheets. The mattresses are thin and cheap. The sheets felt like there was popcorn in the bed. Very balled up, cheap and worn. If they buy new mattresses and sheets the unit would be perfect!

  Unit was very clean and well-equipped. We brought our own beach stuff since owners typically don’t provide it here. Exterior re-paining was just being completed and it looks great. Kitchen, AC, water pressure, etc were all good. No complaints at all. We also bring our own bed linens now when we vacation, but mattresses were very comfortable. The ladies in the business office were very pleasant and helpful as well. Thumbs up for the Sand Dollar!
