This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! | | Vacation rental 205 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. | | Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls is also provided. | | Sleeping accommodations include one queen in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. | | Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. | | 205 has a Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. | | Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 205 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. | | The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower.   There was 10 in our family for a weeks vacation in October. We had units 205 (2 bedrooms) and unit 207 (3 bedrooms). Both units were spacious, clean, well furnished and had great views over the Gulf of Mexico.

  This condo is great and had everything we needed. Convenient to the elevator. It does need new sliding glass doors to balcony and new blinds or shutters for balcony windows. Would def recommend!!!

  We rented unit 205. It was clean and updated! Beautiful!! I do know that as a condo the renters have to supply their own food etc. however, it would have been helpful to have little things like salt and pepper. All in all it is a fabulous condo.
