This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! | | Vacation rental 403 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. | | Free wireless internet access. There is a 55inch flat panel TV in living room, 40inch 3D flat panel TV with 3D blue ray player in master bedroom, 42inch flat screen TV in second bedroom and a 36 inch flat panel in the 3rd bedroom. Telephone with free local calls is also provided. | | Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a king in the 3rd bedroom. | | Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. Master bath offers a comfort height toilet and a walk-in shower. Guest bathroom has a tub shower. | | 403 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. | | Maximum occupancy: 8. 403 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental.   This is the 3rd year we've been coming to Sand Dollar. Annette, Holly and the other staff are wonderful. If something is wrong, they make sure it gets fixed ASAP. The condo we stayed in (403) could stand some TLC, but it met our needs. The location is ideal and the trolley system for Golf Blvd is wonderful.

  Easy check in. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Amazing view! Everything we needed. Quiet. Pool and hot tub clean. Loved the private pier. Amazing sunset views.   Loved our room. It wasn’t cluttered with “stuff”. Smelled great when we first walked in! Nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Security gates weren’t always working. Had some issues with people not staying at Sand Dollar in the pool and hot tub. Our washer in our room was leaving black marks on our clothes. Found out where it was coming from and hopefully cleaned/fixed the problem. The room probably needs a new washer.

  This was our third stay at the Sand Dollar and allow with the always amazing service from the staff there, this unit was fantastic! It was equipped with everything we needed to cook all our meals and was a great bonus to have lots of beach extras like 4-6 chairs, two coolers and sand toys. There is also updated furniture in the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen bar stools compared to the photos online.
  
  The fish weren't biting, but everything else was 10/10. Can't wait to come back, thank you!

  From the time we booked until we left , everything went smooth. Registration, location, weather and the condo. It was clean, great location, felt very safe and the weather .... Well it was all perfect . My only complaint is the pier right outside ... I’m not sure why it’s right there. Some will say it’s great for fishing , I kinda saw it as an eye sore. Definitely not a deal breaker we will go back ... I give the entire trip 5 stars.

  We were thrilled with our stay at this condo. The view was amazing! We saw beautiful sunsets. dolphins and sting rays. Pool and hot tub are located close to condo and beach access. With three children they enjoyed being able to play in the super soft white sands and the private pier for fishing was my husband’s favorite. The condo is spacious and clean. Kitchen essentials were all there. Because the condo only has 5 floors the one elevator never had a long wait. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Definitely wanting to make this an annual visit for our family.
