Great Value - Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 403 is a SILVER quality vacation rental at the BRONZE Tier rate! This three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental is located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 403 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local & US calls. There is a 55" flat panel TV in living room, 40" 3D flat panel TV in master bedroom, 42" flat screen TV in second bedroom and a 36" flat panel in the 3rd bedroom.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a king in the 3rd bedroom.
Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. Master bath offers a comfort height toilet and a walk-in shower. Guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combo. 403 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 403 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes. No trailers, RVs or boats.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower.

Convenient access from both Tampa International and St. Pete-Clearwater Airports and centrally located close to some of the best area attractions.

  This is our 2nd annual family vacation to this property and the same condo! We are already planning for our 3rd! The condo has been updated a lot (update your pictures!) One of the bedrooms has brand new furniture and mattress. The kitchen cabinets are supplied with much more cooking items. And even better, more guests have left more stuff behind to share! We also donated to the beach closet and even donated another stroller! We hope that's ok! We just know how much we valued the stroller that was already provided so we thought we would spread the love! The staff are ALWAYS kind and welcoming. Property owners present are just as kind and welcoming. We have never had a complaint, and still really don't, just more of a suggestion if it's even fixable/manageable. We love taking a family picture on the pier, but it seems that the birds have really made it their home (which makes sense). However, the pier is covered in droppings. You can't sit or stand at the end of the pier to enjoy it as it's covered and rather pungent.

  We had an exceptional time at the Sand Dollar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always greeted with a smile. The condo was perfect for us. My son had his own room with a queen and my two daughters had a room each with their own bed. 2 bathrooms, dual sinks in the vanity, laundry room, bit closets, King Master with attached bathroom. Large kitchen with large kitchen table. Beach is right there and balcony overlooks it all. Pool and Hot tub were perfect. Place is very secure. Met many really kind families at the pool and beach.

  We have been coming to this area for 12 years with the last 6 staying at sand dollar. This year our unit was wonderful! Beautiful and cozy and served our family very well. We hate a great experience all around except trying to rebook for next year. Come to find out after staying here for 6 years there is no rental to fit us. Very disappointed as we love sand dollar and the area. It seems the next year booking process has become very tedious. Hopefully we can find something as we come with other family members and they were able to book a unit.

  This was a perfect family vacation for me, my husband, 8 month old daughter, and in-laws. The condo had everything we needed. The stroller was a great added bonus and super helpful. Plenty of beach towels! The kitchen had a coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, several pots and pans, baking sheets, and blender. The washer and dryer in the unit was very beneficial, as we packed lightly and was able to wash clothes to wear again. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room to the point where we weren't walking over each other. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed the private pier. Hotel staff were very kind, personable, and helpful! Best hotel staff I have ever encountered! They were super accommodating and always had a smile on their face. The condo is located near several shops and places to eat, but you are not in the oversaturated part of the beach. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) was the several outlets were loose throughout the condo, making it impossible to charge devices, but it wasn't the end of the world.

The condo we stayed in (403) could stand some TLC, but it met our needs. The location is ideal and the trolley system for Golf Blvd is wonderful.

  Loved our room. It wasn’t cluttered with “stuff”. Smelled great when we first walked in! Nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Security gates weren’t always working. Had some issues with people not staying at Sand Dollar in the pool and hot tub. Our washer in our room was leaving black marks on our clothes. Found out where it was coming from and hopefully cleaned/fixed the problem. The room probably needs a new washer.

  This was our third stay at the Sand Dollar and allow with the always amazing service from the staff there, this unit was fantastic! It was equipped with everything we needed to cook all our meals and was a great bonus to have lots of beach extras like 4-6 chairs, two coolers and sand toys. There is also updated furniture in the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen bar stools compared to the photos online.

  From the time we booked until we left , everything went smooth. Registration, location, weather and the condo. It was clean, great location, felt very safe and the weather .... Well it was all perfect . My only complaint is the pier right outside ... I’m not sure why it’s right there. Some will say it’s great for fishing , I kinda saw it as an eye sore. Definitely not a deal breaker we will go back ... I give the entire trip 5 stars.

  We were thrilled with our stay at this condo. The view was amazing! We saw beautiful sunsets. dolphins and sting rays. Pool and hot tub are located close to condo and beach access. With three children they enjoyed being able to play in the super soft white sands and the private pier for fishing was my husband’s favorite. The condo is spacious and clean. Kitchen essentials were all there. Because the condo only has 5 floors the one elevator never had a long wait. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Definitely wanting to make this an annual visit for our family.
