Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 405 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 405 offers an updated full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. Updated main bath has a walk-in shower and the Guest bath has a tub shower combo. 405 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 405 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

  We very much enjoyed this condo. We have stayed at multiple JC resort places. This condo front desk has by far the best customer service. The pool was warm and actually could be swam in. Many of the places say it’s heated but not near warm enough to swim.

  Rental experience was great. This is our 2nd time renting through JC resorts. Process was easy, staff was helpful. We stayed at the Sand dollar resort this time. The resort is kind of old, only 1 elevator and it takes forever. But the condo was nice. The oceanfront view is amazing. The pool was heated , large hot tub, cute tiki huts for shade. Beach chair rentals are available right in front of the building.
  Things that could be improved for sand dollar 405.
  The coaches were old and very outdated. A sleeper sofa would be very nice.
  The second bathroom was old outdated and in need of a renovation.
  New mattresses would help.
  We were very disappointed we had no beach towels, or a cooler or beach chairs in the condo. I’d say most people are flying in. A cooler and towels in my mind is essential. Beach toys etc.
  Other than that, the kitchen was gorgeous and updated. New appliances, master bathroom was very nice. Washer and dryer were new and nice.
