Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. | | Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. | | Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and tub shower combo. | | 407 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. | | Maximum occupancy: 8. 407 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental.   I've been coming here for 13 years. The location is good for restaurants, shopping, and activities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The unit is clean and equipped with all you need. if something is needed, the staff can usually get it, or fix it.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar 407. Our favorite thing to do was to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while admiring the view of the beach. My nephew likes to fish, so the private pier on the property was a great option for him as well as the park across the street. We definitely would consider coming back to Sand Dollar.

  Very enjoyable experience. Would certainly recommend the unit where we stayed. Had a maintenance question and the man was there within an hour to fix the problem. Great view of the Gulf with easy access. Enjoyed Keegan's, Crabby Bills and Salt Rock Grill for eating.

  This was a fantastic location and a great property. The condo was clean and well maintained. No bugs, friendly, helpful staff and beautiful view. The trolley was perfect for our needs and when not, we ubered. No car needed. Using the key after hours to get into main lobby seemed to be a problem for all of the guests. But other than that, no complaints. Would definitely come back here and highly recommend it!
