Welcome to Sand Dollar 504 your Home Away from Home! A GOLD rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 5th-floor (Top Floor!) vacation rental has recently been updated with new flooring, furniture, and delightful décor. It includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 504 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including a wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, stocked drawers and all you need to enjoy dining at home. The kitchen also includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Brand new flat screen SMART TVs can be found in both bedrooms. The living room also features a brand new, whopping 82” flat screen SMART TV with wireless access to log into your personal streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Apple TV as well as free cable. Please remember to log out of your accounts prior to departure. A telephone with free local calls and free Wi-Fi is also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities, there is a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 504 has a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, central heat, and air conditioning.

Vacation Rental 504 offers FREE access to Beachfront Fitness Center. Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants).

504 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, NO pets allowed. Limit to two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels.

  Overall, we would give this vacation stay a thumbs up. The accommodations had everything we needed and for preparation of meals during our vacation. Large accommodations would suit two couples easily. Beautiful view which included dolphin sightings everyday. Good meals at Keegan’s, Caddy’s (get anchor shaped pretzel appetizer), and Indian Shores Coffee. Only downfall was person cigar smoking on balcony next to ours.

  This condo was everything it advertised to be. Clean, well stocked with even beach towels, toys and chairs!!! The front office staff was always helpful, available and greeted me whenever I entered or exited the building. Property located near shops, eateries, banks, coffee stops and John's Pass. Walk out front door of property, jump on the public trolley and start your adventure.

  We stayed here again because we LOVE the sand dollar. The location is perfect, close to everything. The condo itself was beautiful, just wish we could have turned the air conditioner below 70 because being on the top floor it gets a little toasty in the afternoon even with the blinds closed. It is fully equipped with every convenience. The ladies in the front office are so sweet and work with you so well. I truly look forward to visiting with them every time we go.

  Very clean with updated furnishings. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pans for cooking your meals. Bathrooms equipped with plenty of towels and hair dryers. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained and clean. Washer and dryer came in very handy for drying suits and towels after a trip to the beach or pool. Would definitely recommend for future vacations.
