Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 507 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 5th-floor (Top Floor!) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! | | Vacation rental 507 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. | | Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. | | Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. | | Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. | | 507 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. | | This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge. | | Maximum occupancy: 8. 507 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. | | The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 9 beach towels.

  Every other year we come down to the Sand Dollar and never disappoints. The condo had all the amenities that we needed. The only problem is that we had trouble with the cable tv trying to get the channels that we wanted.

  We've been going to the gulf coast my entire life and I love bringing my children there now. The Sand Dollar is our favorite go to spot. The building is always clean and you can't get a better view. My boys especially love the pier. Staff is always friendly, professional and courteous.

  Very relaxing vacation. Terrific time had by all...young and not so young. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment. Beach was beautiful, weather was terrific.

  Property was well kept loved beach access and peir....only problem was they wouldn't let my sister(who lives 30 min away park in the lot..tho I saw lots of cars with green guest/visitor day passes

    Hello, So glad you enjoyed your visit. Sadly parking is limited at all beach properties and we consider ourselves fortunate to be able to offer 2 spots per condo. We just do not have extra space for more, especially during June and July.

  Lovely view, soft clean sand on beach. Warm clean pool. Nice quiet location. Jc resorts staff was very accommodating the elevator is slow and property could use an additional one. Room was really nice and as pictured. Love to eat breakfast at Sweet Sage and dinner at the Angry Pepper. Condo is in a quiet area, not much within walking distance, but the bus stops directly in front of it and can take you into Clearwater or to johns pass. There was an issue with the air conditioner, but it was repaired. Overall it was a lovely stay.

  We had trouble with the air conditioning x3 but Jim the maintenance guy had it fixed. Ice cubes finally made on 4th day of stay! Didn't like the 3rd bedroom with twin beds, would rather have a queen in that room and could sleep together. We grilled out but needed a medal spatuchla. The ladies at the desk very busy and no time to chat. We loved that the room had coolers and lawn chairs to take to the beach.

  The Sand Dollar is beautiful! It is right on the ocean and the beach is gorgeous. It has recently been painting and looks great. Everything was clean and perfectly maintained. The pool and whirlpool are wonderful! Covid precautions are in place and are followed. It is located close to many wonderful restaurants - for breakfast, lunch and dinner our favorite restaurant being Guppy's! The Sand Dollar staff is delightful - and are like family to us. I would highly recommend the Sand Dollar to anyone!
