Home away from home- Vacation Rental 103 -(Silver Rated) . Three bedroom and two baths. Spacious first-floor (not ground level) condo. Comfortable Living room with new sofa and love seat (11//17). Full size, fully equipped kitchen complete with everything needed to enjoy dining at home. Living room and master bedroom with balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf. Flat Panel Televisions in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds and the 3rd bedroom has 1 full size bed. Two full baths with double sinks. Private Tennis Court recently refurbished (Jan. 2018). Free wireless internet access. Free local calls. No smoking. Two parking spaces. On Beach Trolley line. Saturday arrivals only during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 8. Redington Pier is no longer present.
CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

  Plenty of towels and dishes, big dining room table. Not a fan of then carpet in dining room and glass table with 2 infants / toddlers. Mirrored doors seemed a little off track , but walk in closet was plenty of room. View and location were beautiful. Close to activities,restaurants , grocery shopping and souvenir shops. Check in and out was easy , room was ready early. We would stay here again.

  Excellent, condos were very spacious and clean and weather was an added bonus, perfect!
  The women that maintains the property outside works so VERY hard and does an excellent job! I have never seen someone do that much work in a day. You should give her a raise! :)

  our condo was fabulous, we had everything we needed for our family of 7.
  Our location was perfect, just walk down the stairs and you are on the beautiful clean beach. Customer service was very helpful. Our condo was very clean and spacious. We will definitely come back here.

  Unit was very clean and contained all the essentials for a successful beach stay. Kitchen was stocked (needed a few more spoons), beds were comfortable and was well stocked with beach chairs, floats and lots of beach toys.

  This was our first stay at Sea Oats and we were so satisfied with our stay that we booked the corresponding week in 2022 in the same unit.
