Value Rated and Value Priced- Home away from home- Vacation Rental Sea Oats 403 is a Bronze rated condo located in Redington Shores. Directly beachfront with private balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf. Florida color decor.. Spacious. This condo does not have recent updates as may be present in other condos. Living room and master bedroom share private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking the beach.. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Condo has DVD/VCR player with many movie choices. Condo also has stereo with CD player, board games, cards, etc...and many books to choose from. Full kitchen with double oven and large fridge with ice maker.

Sleeping accommodations include a king and double bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and one queen bed in the third bedroom. Free WiFi access. Telephone with free local calls. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer & Dryer.


No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 8. - Redington Pier is no longer present.

  We stayed at Sea Oats and our condos were great. One was a little more updated than the other, but you can’t beat the location and the easiness to check in and out. Easy access to restaurants and literally steps to the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

  Wonderful spot on the gulf, clean unit, new washer and dryer, pots and pans nice. Good security, plenty of room. Needs more dining chairs, if having 6 guests. Toilet could use some help.

  Our family of 8 enjoyed a wonderful week of togetherness. There was plenty of room for all of everyone.
  We have been visiting this beautiful location for many years. Our children are all adults now. And we are so grateful they were all able to join us this year. Brought back lots of wonderful memories, and gave us a chance to make many more amazing memories.

  Owners description was just has described. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. The condo had plenty of room for 5 us. Had a great time and the view was beautiful. Loved watching dolphins swim by. Will definitely be back. The only thing I would recommend is ceiling fans in the other bedrooms.

  Pros:
  Beautiful view from the balcony.
  Slept 8 of us comfortably.
  Lots of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths supplied.
  
  Cons:
  Ice machine in fridge doesn’t work.
  Only 6 chairs at the table but sleeps 8.
  Bed in room with one bed is very uncomfortable. Other beds were good.
  
  Overall we had a great time. The unit needs updating but we knew that when we rented it. It would be better if the pool had a key pad entry instead of key fobs.

  We had a great experience. We live in Europe and were back in Florida after the corona break. We have spent countless weeks in JC Resort Management resorts and they have become a second home to us. Extra thanks to Pam who always takes good care of us.

  Not sure why there are so many complaints about this condo. We found it very clean and comfortable. I did have to have help with the t.v.(and that was addressed quickly once I reported that I needed help). Bathroom light was fixed quickly. The staff was just as nice as they could be. Compared to the prices of all of the other condo's in this unit, it was a great deal. The amenities such as washer and dryer and beach accessories were a nice plus. We found the beds to be comfortable. As stated, pillows could be a little plusher, but I brought my own because I'm picky. Others just doubled up on pillows. We had loads of sleeping space and no one had to sleep on the couch. I thought the kitchen was well stocked and you can't beat the location. We did not have any trouble with the plumbing. I know from past experience most of the condos in this area have plumbing issues. I think it is just a general thing most deal with in beach areas. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and plan to stay here again.

  Overall, our experience was great. However, the unit is in need of some work. The dishwasher didn't work and the kitchen is really outdated. The AC filter was the dirtiest I've ever seen. We called the first day to report it but nothing was ever done. I'm surprised the AC still worked with the amount of filth on the filter but it did continue to work the whole week. It does have a washer and dryer inside the unit, which is nice. And the location is our favorite. The Sea Oats lobby and pool were always clean and there were plenty of carts to haul our luggage.

  We loved our stay there. The views from the balcony were incredible, especially the sunsets. The beach access was also world class and not crowded. The pool area also was very nice. Parking was plentyful. The unit itself was ok, but could use some elbow grease and a little TLC. The beds in the front bedroom need to be replaced, as well as the carpet in the living room. Overall the stay was very good, and with a few upgrades it would have been a great stay. What few concerns we had, JC Resorts were quick to address. Overall we recommend this property.
