Home away from home -Sea Oats 407 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in Redington Shores.. This charming 4th floor vacation rental includes a private balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. | | Vacation rental 407 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color, flat panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer and Dryer. No smoking. No pets. Two parking spaces. Saturday to Saturday arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 8 . Private Tennis Court recently refurbished.. Heated pool. Redington Pier is no longer present. CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

  Had to cut down our stay from our usual 4 weeks to just two, but enjoyed every minute!Glad to see some upgrades to the unit from previous stays. And the JC Resort staff continues to excel.

  when we arrived at Ram Sea, told elevator out & would be for some time. Pam arranged for us to move to unit at Sea Oats, very nice unit. Elevator down for a few hours here as well but restored quickly. Also note there is a woman at sea oats who is a VERY hard worker, greeted us whenever we saw her, there early & late. Hope u realize what a gem she is.

  The view when we opened the condo door was amazing ! The condo was beautiful and so clean. Had everything we needed for cooking ! The beach was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of restaurants to walk too. We had a fantastic time. Don’t hesitate book now!! We are now back home getting ready for a snow storm ! Lol

  The condo's location to restaurants and basic necessity stores cannot be better. We love the beach front access and pool. The staff (Pam and Mike) who responded to our needs/questions were top notch. We did miss the weekly cleaning and linen exchanges. The furniture (Except for the kitchen chairs!!) and TV's were fine. The condo itself lacked several items for us to clean: the sweeper was taped together and no bucket and/or mops were available. The kitchen appliances, countertops, and flooring need updated. Balcony furniture was torn and bird droppings were all over the balcony floor. Otherwise, we love the location and booked for another year, hoping for some updates. Also, with the public beach access nearby, perhaps the garbage cans can be moved closer to the trees at the entrance to open the beach more. There were some visitors using several of the huts/benches on the grass area who were not condo renters. Perhaps a sign at the beach entrance??
  Witnessing a heart attack on the beach, we found there were NO defibulators at any of the condos around. Florida needs them!!

  Our family had a great vacation. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and was roomy enough for seven adults. It is close to shopping and food. We loved being on the fourth floor overlooking the ocean.

  We have stayed in many different condos in the Redington/Indian Rocks area and this definitely one of the best! It is spacious and well stocked with kitchen items and bath towels. Since we are local, we brought our own beach chairs and towels. They did have beach chairs and sand toys. I didn’t notice if there were beach towels for guests. The only suggestions I would add to make the stay more pleasant are minor: Our friends who rented directly through the condo were allowed extra key fabs to access the property (with a refundable deposit) and they had a key pad code to access their rooms which we did not. Also, within the condo, the shower curtain liner needs to be repaired due to mold/mildew and the bottom drawer of the fridge was broken. These are easy fixes and would certainly not keep us from renting this unit in the future!

  The vacation, beach and condo were wonderful. The only things I would address are the stains on the bedding and pillows, the mold spots on the shower curtain, and there was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. I think more kitchen washcloths are needed as well. Overall, the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay!

  The condo was beautiful! I totally did not expect to have beach chairs and stuff for us to use but it did. There was even sand toys for my kids to play with. So cool. The view is amazing! Almost like looking out the window of a cruise ship and seeing the ocean. So beautiful!
